<p>POSITION TITLE:</p> <p>Fabricator Assistant</p> <p>DEPARTMENT:</p> <p>Manufacturing Support</p> <p>JOB TYPE:</p> <p>Full-Time</p> <p>REPORTS TO:</p> <p>Jason Truscott</p> <p>SHIFT:</p> <p>1st Shift</p> <p>HOURS:</p> <p>7:00 AM - 3:30 PM</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Fabricator/Repairs - AIS is looking for a Fabricator Assistant to work on factory support projects. This includes fabrication of new items as well as repair and upkeep of existing ones. Basic competency with hand tools, common power tools (sanders, drills, saws), cutting, metal fabrication, and blueprint reading is required. Must be able to work independently given initial instruction. </li><li>Use of common power and hand tools. </li><li>May be required to work off-hours or weekends at times. </li><li>Fork truck and scissor lift operation. </li><li>Ability to work at heights safely. </li><li>Must be able to handle multiple tasks. </li><li>Ability to work as a team to support the primary welder/fabricator. </li><li>Willingness to learn new skills (welding, more advanced fabrication). </li><li>Support factory projects of all types. </li><li>Spanish and English speaking a plus. </li><li>Some outside work may be required. </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs comfortably. </li><li>Must have a demonstrated history of working safely around others as a team. </li></ul> <p>At AIS, we have a strong set of values that guide our business and help us align with our customers.</p> <p>We listen to our Customers.
