<p>Operate a Sheeter at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce a high quality product.</p> <p>Work Hours: 4:00pm - 4:00am; 3 days on, 4 days off (working consecutive days, no swing shift)</p> <p>Pay Rate: starting from $22.98/hour</p> <p>Shift Differential: $2.00/hr</p> <p>Principle Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements. </li><li>Responsible for complying with and following all standard operating procedures and work instructions. </li><li>Perform all job tasks utilizing required personal protective equipment and correct safety procedures. </li><li>Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to set standards. </li><li>Ensure product is sheeted according to production schedule. </li><li>Web the sheeter. </li><li>Calculate the machine count. </li><li>Clean the sheeter. </li><li>Perform routine sheeter maintenance. </li><li>Keep work area and machine organized and clean. </li><li>Complete the necessary paperwork. </li><li>Back up material expediter. </li><li>Drive clamp truck and fork truck. </li><li>May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required</p> <ul> <li>Must have strong mechanical aptitude. </li><li>Must be a good problem solver. </li><li>Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions. </li><li>Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language. </li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions. </li><li>Ability to give, receive and analyze information. </li><li>Requires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school. </li><li>Ability to meet deadlines. </li><li>Regular attendance is an essential function of the position.
