<p>Wisconsin Management Company prides itself in managing affordable residential housing, market-rate housing, and providing prompt and courteous services to our residents. Join us in assisting our prospects and tenants to find the perfect place to call home.</p> <p>We have a new opening for a Property Manager to join our team.</p> <p>Do you have the ability to provide exceptional customer service? Are you familiar with the day to day operations of multi-family residential housing? Do enjoy variety in your work? Then we need you!</p> <p>Our next Property Manager will:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with management to ensure all residents are provided with safe, clean and well maintained communities. </li><li>Oversee on-site staff </li><li>Lead marketing and leasing efforts to provide information and housing for new tenants </li><li>Lead move-in, move-out, community events and resolve tenant issues </li><li>Receive, review, scan and enter incoming rent checks </li><li>Maintain necessary records and processing of all financial matters </li><li>Comply with all policies and regulations related to multi-family affordable housing </li><li>Responsible for all reporting and site administration </li></ul> <p>To perform this work you will need:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of three years Property Management experience </li><li>Highschool diploma or equivalent </li><li>The ability to be polite, courteous and helpful to all clients and customers under a variety of circumstances </li><li>Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with regular interruption </li><li>Proven problem solving skills and sound judgement </li><li>Working knowledge of personnel, accounting, leasing, maintenance, marketing, and resident programs </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs </li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias </li><li>The ability to remain stationary 75% of the time </li><li>Ability to position, detect and operate office machinery including keyboards and phones </li><li>Capable of traversing in order to access cabinets and office equipment </li><li>Must possess valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 15% of the time </li></ul> <p>FULL TIME BENEFITS:</p> <ul> <li>Medical </li><li>Dental </li><li>Vision </li><li>401K with employer match </li><li>2 weeks of PTO </li><li>9.5 Paid Holidays </li></ul> <p>8-4:30 or 8:30-5</p> <p>40 hours per week.</p>
