<p>Salary Range:</p> <p>$63,500 - $90,000</p> <p>The Subrogation Team Manager - Arbitration is responsible for leading a team of Arbitration Specialists by developing, motivating, mentoring, guiding, and supporting the team's activities to ensure a quality work product, client satisfaction and exceptional recovery results. <em>This is a remote work opportunity.</em></p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing a team of Specialists, preparation of scorecards, work inventory audits, enforcement of department/company policies on attendance, disciplinary procedures, hiring, recognition, as well as the advanced training and skill development of Specialists (includes annual performance appraisal process). </li><li>Handles escalated calls/situations, promptly responds to inquiries from staff to ensure maximum departmental performance and client satisfaction. </li><li>Mentor team of specialists, answering daily emails and questions from the floor. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Five years of relevant Subrogation and/or Insurance experience is required. </li><li>Ability to motivate and drive maximum department collections and develop new and improved techniques to ensure achievement of Afni and client goals. </li><li>Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills are required. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED</p> <ul> <li>Auto insurance experience strongly preferred. </li><li>Arbitration experience preferred. </li><li>Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. </li><li>Working experience with Arbitration Forums products E-Subro Hub, Total Recovery Solution (TRS) is preferred. </li><li>Associate degree preferred. </li><li>Adjuster license preferred. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft office applications and windows systems are preferred. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Five years of relevant Subrogation and/or Insurance experience is required. </li><li>Ability to motivate and drive maximum department collections and develop new and improved techniques to ensure achievement of Afni and client goals. </li><li>Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills are required. </li></ul>
