This team evaluates and delivers cutting-edge AI solutions from external vendors-focused on empowering portfolio managers, asset managers, and bankers with next-generation insights tools. Work spans strategic roadmap development, product execution, and hands-on support for AI training and adoption.</p> <p>This role requires someone capable of operating in a fast-paced investment banking environment while staying deeply informed on the rapidly evolving AI and LLM landscape.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Product & Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead requirements workshops and support creation of wireframes, mockups, and documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain product backlogs and support design discussions.</p> </li></ul> <p>Delivery & Execution</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with technology teams to support custom AI solution builds.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and support UAT planning, execution, and issue tracking.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and communication for successful delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with rollout planning and stakeholder engagement.</p> </li></ul> <p>Vendor / Third-Party Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage delivery activities for vendor-supported AI and workflow solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure third parties meet requirements, timelines, and operational readiness.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee onboarding, transition, and project management for vendor workstreams.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in product delivery, business analysis, or project management.</p> </li><li> <p>Background in AI, automation, workflow tools, or data-driven technology products.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong skills in requirements writing, process documentation, and stakeholder coordination.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supporting both internal builds and third-party technology integrations.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior exposure to structured or regulated environments is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Extensive experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or related functions</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to consult on complex business and technical needs and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience contributing to product teams or supporting automation-focused initiatives is highly beneficial.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter who thrives with minimal handholding.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multitask across vendor evaluations, product development, and business enablement.</p> </li></ul>
