That's Perdue.</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>To be the liaison between, sales, customers, drivers and distribution to ensure product is efficiently tracked and delivered in a safe and legal manner on-time and in full.</p> <p>Schedule: Sunday through Tuesday 7pm-700am and Wednesday 7pm to 1am.</p> <ul> <li>These hours make the position eligible for shift differential on top of base pay. </li></ul> <p>This position has a target wage of $18- $22.50 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.</p> <p>In addition to hourly wages, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vison, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off.</p> <p>Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>Maintain phone and email communication between internal and external customers</p> <p>Monitor and track status of loads appearing on exception monitors.</p> <p>Communicate with customers and sales regarding late deliveries and record updated data as appropriate in system.</p> <p>Reschedule deliveries as needed using web based scheduling systems</p> <p>Process forms with information for breakdowns, discrepancies, accidents, personal injury, product recall, etc…</p> <p>Familiarity with Office 365, spreadsheets and reporting functions that will be incorporated into daily responsibilities of the job</p> <p>Other duties as assigned by Supervisor</p> <p>Minimum Education</p> <p>High School Graduate or GED preferred</p> <p>Associate Degree preferred</p> <p>Experience Requirements</p> <p>Strong interpersonal skills</p> <p>Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills</p> <p>Knowledge of standard software applications</p> <p>1 - 3 Years applicable experience</p> <p>Experience Preferred</p> <p>Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements</p> <p>Perdue Farms Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
