<p>Capital Lighting Showroom Assistant, Showroom Manager</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are searching for an Assistant Showroom Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lighting showroom, managing staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Assistant Manager's duties include maintaining the showroom presentation and handling the opening and closing of the store. This role also involves ongoing education and supervising sales staff.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Customer Service: </li></ul> <p>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.</p> <ul> <li>Staff Management: </li></ul> <p>Ongoing sales training and supervising the sales staff by providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals.</p> <ul> <li>Showroom Maintenance: </li></ul> <p>Ensure the showroom is well-maintained by promoting cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain Relationships: </li></ul> <p>Promote and maintain relationships with key customers and sales representatives from manufacturers.</p> <ul> <li>Manufacturer Sales Training: </li></ul> <p>Coordinate a schedule for ongoing product training with our key manufacturers, sales representatives, and showroom staff.</p> <ul> <li>Showroom Manager Requirements </li></ul> <p>Prior experience as a showroom manager, ideally in a retail environment.</p> <p>Outstanding teamwork, communication skills, and written skills.</p> <p>Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming</p> <p>The capacity to persuade indecisive clients to make purchases</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Starting Annual Salary: $55,000.
