Non-licensed employees will be granted one (1) year for each full year of work experience and/or educational attainment up to a maximum of ten (10) years. Responsibility for verification of outside experience shall rest with the individual employee. Additional days may be added to the notice of assignment at the request of administration based on need with approval from the CFO/COO or Superintendent of Schools.
