We are seeking a high-level leader who can take ownership of an area of the restaurant (front counter, kitchen, or drive-thru). This role involves modeling in restaurant operations alongside team members, overseeing systems, and maintaining a team roster through hiring, scheduling, and training. Performance expectations are high, and this role is challenging.
