<p>Big Task:</p> <p>Working onsite as the Journeyperson Electrician supporting HVAC installation, training of apprentices, and building out our Electrical division as we grow.</p> <p>Key Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Installs and monitors performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement? Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using appropriate tools and testing instruments </li><li>Leads, guides, and/or trains other electricians in applicable procedures and techniques. </li><li>Repairs and maintains motor control centers and programmable logic controls (1000 volt and below) </li><li>Plans electrical secondary system additions or modifications </li><li>May perform work of lower-level electricians </li><li>Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices </li><li>Reads, employs, and updates electrical panel schedules </li><li>Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned </li><li>Uphold, support, and engage in our purpose and core value </li></ul> <p>Over the first year, these are the key performance objectives we will expect you to meet:</p> <p>During the first 30 days</p> <ul> <li>Running 3-6 calls a day to do the work or assist others in properly installing and servicing electrical calls </li><li>Work with Managers to and coordinators to understand our electrical needs and wants </li><li>Work with your Managers to determine the right tools and needs for all electricians supplies for daily usage </li><li>Review current electrical truck stock material list and update as needed </li></ul> <p>During the first 90 days</p> <ul> <li>Work with management team on creating training for all electricians and HVAC Installers </li><li>Work with Management team to develop work safety and awareness of electrical safety </li><li>Fully understand service titan process for running calls and department documents needed when running calls </li><li>Working with management team on what type of work we want to add to electrical division </li><li>Meet department HCC goals (60%) conversion on new opportunities </li><li>Obtain a minimum of 1 online review for every 20 completed calls </li><li>Meet or exceed department revenue budget and gross margin goal </li><li>Hold staff to quality standards including work performance and appearance </li><li>Commits to sitting for the Master test with in 1-2 years </li></ul> <p>Desired Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Valid License- Journey </li><li>Experience in Residential and or Light Commercial </li><li>Must have a high school diploma or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Requirements: Ability to pass prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test, background check, and a clean motor vehicle report for the past three years</p> <p>Mission Statement:</p> <p>To be ever building the professionalism, integrity, and honor of the trades.</p> <p>Core Values:</p> <p>Love</p> <p>Team</p> <p>Professionalism</p> <p>Today</p>
