A thorough understanding of outside plant roles is essential to effectively collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and support teams. The ideal candidate should have exceptional expertise in Microsoft products, with a strong focus on Excel, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p> <p>This role requires building strong relationships with data center partners to facilitate troubleshooting and bridge gaps between companies and shared customers. The candidate should be proficient in navigating external company portals to manage technician badge access, submit trouble or smart hands tickets, arrange cross-connections, and resolve issues within these systems.</p> <p>Team collaboration is vital for generating detailed monthly reports, and the candidate must exhibit flexibility, analytical thinking, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.</p> <p>Salary Range: $50,000-$90,000 a year</p>
