<p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to maintenance staff </li><li>Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free. </li><li>Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production </li><li>Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime. </li><li>Ensure that spare parts, components, and tools needed for maintenance are always available by ordering, forecasting, and monitoring material inventories. </li><li>Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations </li><li>Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the organizations maintenance management plan in accordance with its goals to improve uptime and minimize costs. </li><li>Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred). </li><li>5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. </li><li>Experience in manufacturing, facilities management, or related industry. </li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills </li></ul>
