<p>Your Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure adherence to defined production standards, methods and guidelines. </li><li>Oversee and manage all production operations to achieve defined KPIs, for a single sub segment/product assigned. </li><li>Contribute to or ensure fine-scheduling and sequencing of production orders. </li><li>Confirm or approve production orders and allocate own operations resources accordingly. </li><li>Ensure availability of production infrastructure (i.e. availability of tools, maintenance services, set up operations, etc.). </li><li>Propose procedural or organizational changes in order to contribute to improvements in QCD. </li></ul> <p>Your Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree </li><li>Several years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with prior leadership or supervisory roles preferred </li><li>Understanding of production processes and systems, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies </li><li>Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating production teams to achieve operational goals </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that optimize production processes </li><li>External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship </li><li>This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
