<p>Description</p> <p>Position at CMI Media Group</p> <p>CMI is looking for a Supervisor, SEO to join our growing team! The Supervisor, SEO will manage the overall relationship related to SEO for a select set of clients, lead the development of SEO strategies, and develop team members' SEO skills.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li></li><li>Be the primary point of contact for SEO client, leading overall strategy and execution </li><li>Develop a deep understanding of client disease states and prescription drugs, helping them leverage SEO to reach HCPs, patients and caregivers </li><li>Work alongside client department leads to create thought leadership pieces related to changes in the market </li><li>Stay up to date on the latest changes in the market, altering client recommendations to keep them ahead of the curve </li><li>Help clients bridge the gap between SEO, social media and PR </li><li>Leverage your expertise in technical SEO to ensure client websites are created and maintained properly </li><li>Support direct reports in reporting and status calls as necessary </li><li>Create development plans and opportunities to coach direct reports, making them better and more productive employees </li><li>Travel to onsite meetings to showcase CMI SEO Capabilities, monthly reports and status meetings </li><li>Manage workflow of junior team members to ensure client deliverables are out on time </li><li>Develop a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market and how search plays a role in the decision making process </li><li>Analyze data in order to make optimization recommendations to be implemented by junior team members </li><li>Train media, analytics and other departments on the basic of SEO in order to support a holistic approach to our marketing efforts </li><li>Mentor and teach junior team members a best practice approach to SEO </li><li>Ability to perform keyword research, write optimized HTML tags, provide recommendations on internal linking, content promotion, content creation and implementation of schema mark up </li><li>Analyze performance data and implement optimizations to increase ROI of campaigns </li><li>Partner with analytics and media teams to develop KPIs and measurement plans </li><li>Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, WebTrends and Omniture </li><li>Stay abreast of new tools, trends and best practices in search marketplace through research and/or industry events and conferences </li><li>Knowledge of organic search ranking factors with the ability to make recommendations on HTML optimizations a plus </li><li>Utilize tools such as Screaming Frog, MOZ, BrightEdge, Google Webmaster tools and other to perform analysis of client websites </li><li>Be familiar with social listening and how it can help drive content strategy </li><li>A basic understanding of paid media and how SEO can help support overall marketing efforts </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel, basic knowledge of pivot tables and V-Lookups </li><li>Knowledge of Web Analytics software, such as Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics and SEO Tools such as MOZ, Majestic SEO, BrightEdge, Spyfu and others </li><li>Healthcare/Pharmaceutical background a plus </li><li>Bachelors Degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business or any quantitative or analytical related fields </li><li>4+ years of SEO experience </li></ul>
