Join us at razorfish.com.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Senior Program Manager (Senior Web Producer) will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of website updates, landing page launches, and digital experiences. You will act as the bridge between UX design, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure web projects are delivered on time, meet technical standards, and are optimized for user experience.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>CMS Management: Coordinate content updates, new landing page builds, SEO, etc. with production vendor teams, web developers and marketers to ensure all site content is accurate, localized, and SEO-optimized. </li><li>Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the production timeline for web projects, from initial creative brief through QA and final deployment. </li><li>Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with UI/UX designers, vendor production teams, marketing and web developers to transform product and marketing requests into scalable technical builds. </li><li>Quality Assurance (QA): Perform detailed visual QA to ensure web content is accurate, functional, and consistent with UI/UX standards. </li><li>Workflow Management: Leverage internal project management systems to define technical requirements and track implementation across UX and development teams, ensuring all requests are implemented accurately and delivered on schedule. </li><li>Operational Optimization: Continuously audit internal workflows to identify bottlenecks, implementing process improvements that increase team velocity and project scalability. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience: 5+ years in web production, digital project management, or a similar digital agency role. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Asana is preferred. </li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress) and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS. </li><li>Process-Driven: Ability to manage a high-volume production pipeline in a fast paced environment, balancing daily site maintenance with long-term strategic web initiatives. </li><li>Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for design discrepancies, broken links, and technical bugs. </li><li>Ability to work Pacific Coast hours </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
