Leverage your expertise in bidding, negotiation, and project management while enjoying exceptional benefits and a company culture that values people and growth.</p> <p>Things You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, owners, and agency representatives. </li><li>Successfully prepare bids, negotiate contracts, and win large commercial excavation projects. </li><li>Effectively oversee writing of proposals, bidding correspondence, budgets, project resource needs. </li><li>Maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimate figures, including current information on prices from suppliers through direct contact, sales brochures, price list, etc. </li><li>Prepare detailed estimates by calculating complete scope of work and materials. </li><li>Review design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering, quality, or availability of materials. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>4-year Construction Management/Engineering degree, or equivalent combination of technical training and or experience. </li><li>Experience with the following software is beneficial HCSS, Viewpoint, P-6, Trimble Business Center, or Agtek. </li><li>2-5 years of experience in the field. </li><li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills. </li><li>Strategic thinking skills. </li><li>Excellent customer service skills. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>At Sunroc, we value people.
