<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The Senior Production Associate is a highly skilled contributor responsible for executing complex production tasks with minimal supervision. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, precision, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in manufacturing environments and serve as a subject matter expert in production processes and equipment operation.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Maintain positive, progressive and productive attitude toward plant targets and objectives regarding reliability, accountability, safety, integrity and quality and productivity as a unified goal. </li><li>Perform advanced production tasks including equipment setup, material handling, and product assembly. </li><li>Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of production requirements. </li><li>Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. </li><li>Identify and troubleshoot process issues, escalating as needed to support teams. </li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including quantities, materials, and deviations. </li><li>Collaborate with peers and support teams to meet daily production goals and quality standards. </li><li>Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. </li><li>Support cross-functional activities such as equipment maintenance, quality checks, and process audits. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Ability to work well within a team </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to routinely lift 50 lbs and carry objects over a distance. </li><li>Must be able to climb ladders </li><li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time; must be able to freely bend, twist, squat and climb. </li><li>Must be able to use hand tools requiring manual dexterity </li></ul> <p>ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in an environment with temperatures occasionally above 100 degrees or below 32 degrees. </li></ul> <p>TRAVEL TIME REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul> <p>The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.</p> <p>OUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
