<p>This position:</p> <ul> <li>This position helps provide and maintain facilities which give Church members places where they can worship, teach, learn, pray together, make and renew covenants, and receive sacred ordinances. Each Church facility that is built and/or maintained should 1) Provide a spiritual setting for members to worship, and 2) Present an image of reverence and dignity in the community. </li></ul> <p>Candidates should live either in the State of Maine, Northeast Vermont, or Northeast New Hampshire as indicated by the blue boundary lines on the map below.</p> <ul> <li> <p>This position requires a high-level focus on customer support and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares purchase requisitions, processes invoices, prepares financial reports, tracks purchased materials and services, supports and works closely with the Area, Region, and FM group teams</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains computer databases: purchase & work orders, communicates preventative maintenance schedules, facility records</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other office and administrative duties, and travels as assigned</p> </li><li> <p>Two years post high school education or equivalent experience</p> </li><li> <p>Three to five years diverse administrative/clerical experience demonstrating computer skills and advanced experience including Windows, Microsoft Applications, and aptitude to learn other software applications as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Communications skills, including professional phone etiquette and effective business writing.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic business accounting skills, including understanding of invoices, purchase orders, contracts.</p> </li><li> <p>Organizational skills including filing, scheduling, time management and prioritization.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required: IFMA Training</p> <ul> <li>Essentials of Facility Management with in 6 months of hire date </li></ul>
