This role will focus on capacity planning, real estate support, and data driven business inisghts to ensure our advisory teams are positioned for long-term success and operational excellence.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities for this role include:</p> <ul> <li>Interpret and evaluate complex information </li><li>Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on core strategic issues and ongoing resource planning </li><li>Plan and execute work streams independently for discrete projects </li><li>Generate creative, action-oriented insights and recommendations </li><li>Ensure quality control of data/research and preparing presentation materials for senior management </li><li>Develop strategic insights that will drive sustained growth in our business </li></ul> <p>What you have</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field </li><li>5+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Capacity Management, Finance, or Business Operations </li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced excel and data analysis/visualization capabilities (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc) </li><li>Experience synthesizing complex data into actionable insights </li><li>Strong communication, executive presentation, narrative building, and PowerPoint experience </li><li>Strong and demonstrated teaming skills, especially in cross-functional teams </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Superior attention to detail and ability to ensure error free analysis and output </li><li>Self-starter, proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement </li><li>MBA or masters in related field </li><li>Experience in financial services or advisory business </li><li>Experience developing real estate or location strategies in a corporate setting </li></ul> <p>In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.</p>
