<p>Necco has an opportunity for a career as Community Behavioral Health Director of Growth and Development. This is an exciting position here no one day is the same! This role will be responsible for shaping, growing, and sustaining the Community Behavioral Health (CBH) business line. The role involves collaborating with internal leadership and external key stakeholders to ensure the continued expansion and innovation of Necco's CBH services.</p> <p>Candidate should be accurately described as:</p> <p>A happy warrior who thrives on leading from the front with strategic thinking. Ridiculously passionate about the company's success, growth, and program quality.</p> <p>The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:</p> <p>Strategic Growth and Innovation</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement the business line growth and innovation strategy </li><li>Identify key focus areas and create a roadmap for future initiatives that align with Necco's north star </li><li>Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities for business expansion </li><li>Proactively seek and develop new business prospects to broaden our client portfolio and boost revenue streams </li><li>Ensure that innovative strategies align with and support the long-term objectives of our business lines </li><li>Implement and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth metrics to measure and enhance effectiveness </li><li>Stay focused on industry developments, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to inform strategic decision-making </li></ul> <p>Partnership and Business Development</p> <ul> <li>Explore and evaluate potential growth opportunities through new partnerships and expanding existing collaborations </li><li>Develop and execute strategies to enhance the agency's brand visibility and reputation in the marketplace </li><li>Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty </li></ul> <p>Leadership and Employee Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Provide quality supervision, mentorship, and partnership to CBH Leadership staff </li><li>Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment </li><li>Organize team-building activities and professional development opportunities </li><li>Promote self-care strategies to enhance staff well-being and effectiveness </li><li>Serve as a liaison between internal leadership and external stakeholders to clarify roles and responsibilities </li></ul> <p>Corporate Citizen</p> <ul> <li>Practice Ruthless Pragmatism </li><li>Engage in peer-to-peer feedback </li><li>Know and Live the Necco Corporate Culture Principles </li><li>Embody the three essential virtues of Humble, Hungry and Smart </li><li>Drive your Individual Performance Scorecard </li><li>Adhere to and contribute to the Necco meeting structure </li></ul> <p>Position Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>West Virginia: Master's degree and professional licensure (LSW-with contingency of obtaining LGSW, LCSW, LICSW, or LPCC, LPC) </li><li>Kentucky: Advanced Degree in a human services discipline with preferred experience in mental health treatment of children with emotional or behavioral disabilities and their families. Must possess a valid Mental Health Practitioner's License (i.e. LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, LPA, LMFT, or other board-approved licensure capable of providing clinical services) </li><li>Other: Master's degree in a human services discipline with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in mental health treatment, including three (3) years focused on children and families </li><li>Valid driver's license and required insurance coverage </li><li>Training and Travel willingness </li><li>Successful completion of all required criminal background checks. </li><li>Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard) </li></ul> <p>At Necco, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable work environment.
