<p>Our Personal Lines Underwriting Technology team is currently seeking a Process Analyst in our Worcester, MA or Howell, MI location. This is a full time, exempt role. This is a hybrid opportunity.</p> <p>POSITION OVERVIEW:</p> <p>We are seeking a Process Analyst to join our Personal Lines Underwriting Technology team. The role partners with business and technology teams to support process analysis, assess business impact, and design process improvements. The analyst will work in a highly collaborative approach, to establish business needs and ideal user experience. You will actively bridge operational gaps by aligning process and technology advancements to support a seamless implementation.</p> <p>IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate current processes and workflow designs to identify changes or new implementations needed in support of underwriting technology advancements. </li><li>Leverage discovery tools to identify and analyze issues, uncovering bottlenecks, redundancies, and vulnerabilities through root cause analysis. </li><li>Support the facilitation of interactive workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions to co-create solutions that prioritize user experience and deliver meaningful value. </li><li>Develop use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements. </li><li>Support technology work intakes by analyzing requests to ensure alignment with existing processes and strategy. </li><li>Assist Product Owner with user story creation, testing, and training coordination for complex process enhancements. </li><li>Act as a liaison to the Product Owner ensuring alignment on user experience and process design requirements. </li><li>Manage priorities to ensure on-time delivery of projects as defined by the technology and process roadmap. </li><li>Present findings to UW Technology Manager to gain buy-in and support for implementation and change management. </li><li>Document and maintain procedures in alignment with compliance and quality standards. </li><li>Support change management through analysis of production issues and training opportunities as they arise post-implementation. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Experience 1 to 3 years in a related field </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Working knowledge of Agile Scrum development methodology </li><li>Comfortable supporting cross-collaborative and cross-functional initiatives </li><li>Efficient at managing multiple tasks and goals within critical deadlines </li><li>Comfortable presenting virtually and in-person to largely attended meeting groups </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats </li><li>Ability to see the big picture and work with a team to prioritize requests </li><li>Comfortable working in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Mural </li><li>LUMA, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications is a plus but not required </li><li>Willingness to travel as needed </li></ul> <p>This job posting provides cursory examples of some of the job duties associated with this position.
