<p>Job Title: Construction Project Manager</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager who will oversee the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. The role demands a professional with extensive project management experience in the construction industry, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure all work is properly contracted or subcontracted. </li><li>Obtain necessary building permits and comply with all government guidelines for each project. </li><li>Adhere to OSHA and Environmental regulations. </li><li>Oversee construction cost estimates, budgeting, execution, and final handover. </li><li>Manage projects concurrently through all phases: concept, design, execution, and punch list. </li><li>Collaborate with counterparts and tenants to ensure seamless project execution. </li><li>Track project budgets and provide forecast reports to management. </li><li>Manage site personnel and subcontractors, driving safety, quality, and productivity. </li><li>Perform submittal processes, quality control, safety compliance, scheduling, and successful closeout. </li><li>Ensure effective communication and service with contractors and tenants. </li><li>Ensure project work meets industry standards of workmanship. </li><li>Ensure all subcontractors operate under a proper subcontract agreement. </li><li>Approve or reject invoices with appropriate communication with the project team. </li><li>Project, record, and maintain all project costs on budget worksheets. </li><li>Track change orders and project delays, ensuring proper documentation. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Project management expertise. </li><li>Proficiency in estimating software and construction management. </li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with expertise in commercial project estimating and management. </li><li>Familiarity with the latest estimating and take-off software. </li><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. </li><li>Excellent communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with RFI (Request for Information) processes. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The role involves managing multiple construction projects and requires a proactive approach to safety, quality, and productivity in the field.
