<p>Description</p> <p>Commission based</p> <p>Reports to: General Manager</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Adheres to state of Arkansas professional practice act and rules and regulations for massage therapy in Arkansas as governed by the Arkansas State Board of Health/Arkansas Department of Health. </li><li>Discuss options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client during consultation. Provide customized massage therapy services, through a variety of techniques, that meet the clients' needs based off consultation. </li><li>Performs duties in a professional manner demonstrating dependability, flexibility and teamwork. </li><li>Maintains confidentiality of client and employee information. </li><li>Begins and ends all treatments on time, adhering to the appointment book and guest scheduling. </li><li>Provides quality to ensure high quality, comprehensive care. </li><li>Interacts with clients/members/guests/staff in a friendly and courteous manner. </li><li>Understand and use universal precautions and sanitary procedures. </li><li>Knowledge of club processes and programs. </li><li>Uphold our principle to "improve the day." </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Maintains a current/valid AR Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license </li><li>1-3 years of work experience </li><li>Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry </li><li>Patience, tact and good communication skills. </li><li>Knowledge of principles and processes for customer service. </li><li>Solid work ethic </li><li>Commitment to our values: hospitality, integrity, teamwork, care, and family. </li></ul>
