Minimally, candidates for this position must be on an approved pathway for gaining licensure and obtain a CLD endorsement within 2 years of certification.</p> <p>Demonstrates knowledge of first and second language acquisition theory, second language learning patterns, and best practices in English language development.</p> <p>Reflects an awareness and acceptance of cultural differences exhibited by the students and their families.</p> <p>Possesses those characteristics necessary for acting as an advocate for multilingual families within the school.</p> <p>Read, analyze, and interpret student academic data.</p> <p>Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate with classroom teachers, administration, and families.</p> <p>National Heritage Academies is an equal-opportunity employer.</p> <p>$ 61,981.00 to $ 67,706.00 will be the pay range and is commensurate with experience, education, and market as defined by NHA. The pay range listed is just one component of NHA's total compensation package.
