<p>Role Summary:</p> <p>The employee will conduct market research for Belmark + client engagements. The details of the market research vary by engagement.</p> <p>Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Communicate with the team to understand the work to be performed, any open questions, and any issues as they arise </li><li>Market research activities that may include helping to design a survey, data collection, other research, data analysis, and report writing </li><li>May include analysis in Excel, STATA, R, Esri, or other software </li><li>Regular meetings with immediate supervisor </li></ul> <p>Credentials and Experience:</p> <p>Prefer applicants have an undergraduate degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.</p> <p>Preferred applicants have an Economics, Quant Economics, or Business Management majors.</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <p>Employee is expected to:</p> <ol> <li>Have excellent communication and inter-personal skills </li></ol> <ul> <li>Be punctual, reliable, and professional </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Respond promptly to all communications with the client and with their supervisor <p></p> <ul> <li>Be able to perform research and data analysis </li><li>Have a "no job is beneath me" mentality < </li></ul> </li></ol> <p>The intent of this job description is to provide the general nature and level of work required of student employees who are assigned to this classification and shall not be constructed as an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities.
