<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Job Title: CNC Programmer</p> <p>Job Grade:</p> <p>Reports To: Branch Manager</p> <p>FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The CNC Programmer will play a pivotal role in the production process by crafting and optimizing CNC programs that guide our cutting-edge machining equipment.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>CNC Programming Excellence: You will be at the forefront of CNC programming, responsible </li><li>for developing, writing, and optimizing CNC programs. Your expertise will be essential in </li><li>ensuring the seamless setup operation of our Hass vertical and horizontal milling machines. </li><li>Blueprint Mastery: Your ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, CAD models, and </li><li>specifications will be instrumental in creating CNC programs that align with design </li><li>requirements and customer expectations. </li><li>Tooling Expertise: Selecting the right cutting tools and tool paths is a critical aspect of your </li><li>role. You will factor in material properties, tolerances, and production objectives to make </li><li>informed decisions. </li><li>Machine Setup: You'll be hands-on in assisting with the setup and calibration of CNC </li><li>machines. Precision and attention to detail are paramount to ensure the machines operate </li><li>accurately and efficiently. </li><li>Quality Assurance Champion: Collaboration with our quality control teams will be a regular </li><li>part of your work. You will take pride in ensuring that parts produced meet our rigorous </li><li>quality standards and tolerances. </li><li>Continuous Improvement: We value innovation and efficiency.
