<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Occupational Therapist (OT)</p> <p>Location: 1 Enterprise Drive, Suite 110, Shelton, CT 06484</p> <p>Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time</p> <p>Start Date: Immediate</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Solstice is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with diverse developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs. The OT will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized programming that promotes independence and participation across educational environments.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct occupational therapy evaluations </li><li>Develop and implement IEP-aligned goals </li><li>Provide direct and consultative OT services </li><li>Address fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional living skills </li><li>Support sensory integration strategies within classroom settings </li><li>Collect data and monitor student progress </li><li>Participate in PPT/IEP meetings </li><li>Maintain required documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines </li><li>Collaborate with special education staff, BCBA(s), SLPs, and related service providers </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy </li><li>Active Connecticut OT License </li><li>NBCOT certification </li><li>Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred </li><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</p> <p>Application Procedure</p> <p>Apply through CT REAP and submit:</p> <ul> <li>Resume </li><li>Cover Letter </li><li>Copy of Connecticut License and Certification </li></ul> <p>Solstice is an equal opportunity employer.</p>
