On our team, you'll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.</p> <p>2nd Shift - Tuesdays thru Fridays - 4:30 pm - 3:00 am - Off Days are Sat, Sun, Mon</p> <p>What you'll do on a typical day:</p> <ul> <li>Present information using a variety of formats and techniques, including role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures </li><li>Provide training programs to help workers maintain and improve job skills </li><li>Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment and instructors </li><li>Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs </li><li>Inform management of training program status </li></ul> <p>What you need to succeed at GXO:</p> <p>At a minimum, you'll need:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of adult learning principles and adult training methodologies </li><li>Ability to follow verbal and written directions </li><li>Intermediate Microsoft Office skills </li><li>Ability to lift 10 to 25 lbs. on a regular basis, and up to 50 lbs. on an infrequent basis </li></ul> <p>It'd be great if you also have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Training </li><li>Professional training certification </li><li>2 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year in a training role </li><li>Spanish/English Bilingual </li></ul> <p>Be part of something big.</p> <p>GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
