Accounting, Controlling)</p> <p>Your Tasks</p> <p>We are seeking a GE Controller to lead forecasting, planning, and analysis of General Expenses. This role will also support general accounting functions, including month-end journal vouchers and account reconciliations. As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will provide insights that shape strategic decisions around GE spend. This position offers a hybrid working model, combining collaboration in our Stamford office with flexibility to work remotely.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead GE planning and forecasting cycles with ownership and accountability </li><li>Serve as a key business partner across cross-functional teams, facilitating standardized monthly meetings </li><li>Conduct monthly variance analysis of GE/Overhead actual expenses </li><li>Record GE re-classes and journal vouchers monthly/quarterly to ensure accurate reporting </li><li>Drive continuous process improvement in GE management practices </li><li>Manage cost center reporting, including cycle administration and chart of accounts oversight </li><li>Review cycles and allocations to ensure accurate departmental reporting </li><li>Lead accounting processes for balance sheet provision and accrual accounts </li><li>Oversee planning and forecasting for Other Income & Expense </li><li>Deliver detailed bridges and variance analyses comparing forecasts and prior-year results </li><li>Identify risks and opportunities to ensure organizational targets are achieved </li></ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred. </li><li>3-5+ years of experience in a multinational CPG company. </li><li>Strong accounting background with deep understanding of balance sheet and income statement </li><li>Experience managing GE/Overhead expenses and handling confidential information </li><li>Advanced knowledge of SAP, including CO/PA assessment cycles </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential) </li><li>Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management </li><li>Proven ability to implement new processes and standardize reporting with stakeholder alignment </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across teams </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:</p> <p>At Beiersdorf, we value diversity and aim to provide equal opportunities to all of our applicants - regardless of e.g. gender, sexual identity, nationality, ethnicity, religion or ideology, disability or age.
