Teaches content and skills in Family & Consumer Science courses</p> <p>? Instructs students in citizenship and college and career readiness</p> <p>? Adapts Family & Consumer Science material and methods to develop relevant</p> <p>sequential assignments and lesson plans that guide and challenge students.</p> <p>? Develops lesson plans and supplementary materials compatible with the division's</p> <p>basic instructional philosophy and congruent with course standards; provides</p> <p>individualized and small group instruction</p> <p>? Evaluates each student's progress in meeting the course standards for Family &</p> <p>Consumer Science skills</p> <p>? Differentiated instructional techniques to effectively advance student learning</p> <p>? Uses formal and informal assessment strategies to monitor student progress</p> <p>? Provides effective feedback to students</p> <p>? Evaluates student achievement/performance</p> <p>? Regularly communicates academic, behavioral and social-emotional related matters to</p> <p>parents</p> <p>? Employs a variety of instructional techniques, instructional media, and performance</p> <p>? assessments, which guide the learning process towards academic achievement and</p> <p>? curriculum standards.</p> <p>?
