The Dietitian 2 may have oversight responsibility in the service of food; assist in the instruction of students or nutrition interns in Medical Nutrition Therapy and food preparation techniques, supervise dietetic interns and technicians; and/or supervise a small food preparation service unit.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a Registered Dietitian (RD)</p> <p>OR</p> <p>New York State Education Department (NYSED) certification in dietetics-nutrition AND a minimum of an additional 400 hours of supervised dietetics practice under the supervision of an RD.
