<p>Onsite Level One Consultant - Brooklyn NY</p> <p>The onsite level one consultant provides support for Omnicell solutions to ensure desired customer outcomes. This role builds and maintains the relationship between the client and Omnicell by consistently confirming the efficient use of the Omnicell systems.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Proactive management and administration of the Omnicell system for a customer. </li></ul> <p>Manage the generation of reports following best practices and analyze or disseminate report information to appropriate resources</p> <ul> <li>Provide optimization services and analysis for customer. </li><li>Identify opportunities for inventory improvement. </li><li>Retrieve and analyze data from Omnicell and various customer systems to create custom views. </li><li>Conduct and manage the in-service training process of Omnicell products that includes analysis of training needs, creation of effective presentations and evaluation of re-training needs for customer's end users. </li><li>Continually evaluate/monitor customer's satisfaction with systems </li><li>Onsite triage and troubleshooting of Omnicell products that may include minor repair. </li><li>Coordinate any necessary enhancement/up-grades/BETA activities. </li><li>Identify problems and coordinate tasks necessary to solve them. (This may include interdepartmental task coordination). </li><li>Attend required training/meetings as needed for Omnicell or for customer. </li><li>Maintain a positive working relationship with the customer. </li></ul> <p>Required Knowledge and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Very proficient with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, gathering data from different sources and merging information into a single output. </li></ul> <p>Strong management, presentation, planning and organizational skills.</p> <ul> <li>Tech savvy. Able to perform some trouble-shooting. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to build trust and rapport with customer departments in which they interact. </li><li>A self-starter who is able to work independently. </li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects at one time. </li><li>Ability to present to various levels in an organization from newly hired technicians to department chiefs. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Active Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB/CPHT/EXCPT). </li><li>Active State Pharmacy Technician License/Registration with the State Board of Pharmacy of New York. </li><li>Associate degree or Professional Certification. </li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience within a hospital (healthcare) or hospital materials management environment (i.e., buyer/purchaser, inventory control, etc.). </li><li>Pharmacy Automation Medication Cabinet experience (i.e., Omnicell, Pyxis, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Knowledge and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of Omnicell products. </li><li>Knowledge of acute-care distribution of medications and/or supplies. </li><li>Working knowledge / experience & trouble shooting with Pharmacy Automation Equipment. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Able to daily commute to this location at: 4802 10th Ave, Brooklyn, NY. </li><li>Shift: M-F, Day Shift / possibly Mid Shift: 10 am to 6:30 pm. </li><li>Hospital Pharmacy environment. </li><li>Working hours may be outside of normal business hours and some weekends based on business or project needs. </li><li>Able to lift up to 35lbs. </li><li>Travel: Minimal. Rarely to none. But may occasionally within state travel to different sites. </li></ul> <p>Base compensation: Hourly range from $25.77 to $36.81.</p> <p>(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as locations, education, experience, and skillset)</p> <p>This position requires employees to either be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or obtain approval from Omnicell for an exemption and accommodation for a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief or practice.</p> <p>#LI-JC1</p> <p>#LI-Brooklyn, NY</p>
