<p>About this role:</p> <p>Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Business Growth Strategy Consultant. The Principal Business Growth Strategy Consultant will be responsible for supporting relationship managers or sales advisors on enhancing business productivity and improving client acquisition strategy. Promotes business growth programs, improves client acquisition techniques, and identifies opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as a top subject matter expert within Business Growth Strategy functional area to lead initiatives that promote and advance companywide finance with the goal of growth expansion</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the process to identify and purchase loans in the secondary market and potential acquisition opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Lead business growth strategies for business development requiring in-depth evaluation</p> </li><li> <p>Support various Business Growth Strategy projects to maximize growth and minimize expenses</p> </li><li> <p>Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding implementation of innovative and significant business strategies that significantly influence the business and financial operations</p> </li><li> <p>Engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership within Business Growth Strategy functional area</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Registration for FINRA Series 7 & 65 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas</p> </li><li> <p>Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership experience including mentoring and coaching</p> </li><li> <p>Sales and marketing leadership experience</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to develop and execute market strategies and goals</p> </li><li> <p>Proven success as a strategically focused recruiting leader and/or individual contributor</p> </li><li> <p>Exhibit an enthusiastic leadership style, driven and results oriented</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Registration for FINRA Series7 & 65 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.</p> </li><li> <p>Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with employees and clients</p> </li><li> <p>This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship</p> </li><li> <p>Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position</p> </li><li> <p>Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
