If you're calm and like talking to a wide range of people, we'd love to talk to you!</p> <p>WHAT YOU WILL DO:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Risk Assessment: Assessing risks associated with various workplace activities and processes and implementing measures to mitigate those risks.</p> </li><li> <p>Safety Policies and Procedures: Implementing safety policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and organization policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Safety Compliance: Ensuring that the workplace complies with relevant safety regulations and standards and safeguard consumers, visitors, employees, and property from harm, abuse, trespass, fire, theft, and other hazards.</p> </li><li> <p>Emergency Preparedness: Implementing emergency response plans and conducting drills to ensure that employees are prepared to respond effectively to emergencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Safety Communication: Facilitating communication between management and employees regarding safety issues, initiatives, and best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improving safety performance.</p> </li></ol> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>High school diploma or Equivalency</p> <p>1 year security experience</p> <p>Act 33/34/73 (Child, Criminal and Department of Human Services FBI)</p> <p>Pre-employment Drug Screen</p> <p>POSITION HIGHLIGHTS AND BENEFITS:</p> <p>WORK SCHEDULE: (This is a non-exempt/hourly position)</p> <p>10p-6a Monday thru Friday Hours may vary according to program needs.</p> <p>Great Benefit Package: (Benefits start Day 1 of employment): 403B with employer match; Paid Time Off (PTO); Medical, Dental, Vision; Life Insurance; Paid Holiday Days; Plus more………</p> <p>ABOUT PITTSBURGH MERCY:</p> <p>We're a community-based health and human services organization using person-centered care to treat our area's most vulnerable populations.
