The Talent Acquisitionist will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, the employee lifecycle, customer and account management, and business development. The ideal candidate will be a team player, service oriented, strategic thinker, driven by processes and metrics.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Full recruitment life cycle </li><li>Full utilization of an Applicant Tracking System </li><li>Building relationships with employees and customers to ensure they have an excellent experience </li><li>Marketing qualified candidates to potential customers </li><li>Growing business with existing customers </li><li>Participating in networking events </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Post secondary education or equivalent work experience </li><li>Experience in the trucking / transportation sector </li><li>Excellent communication skills (English), Spoken and Written </li><li>Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings with employees, customers, and prospective customers </li><li>2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience </li><li>Excellent time management and prioritization skills allowing you to manage multiple priorities at once </li><li>Strong organizational skills demonstrating excellent attention to detail </li><li>Ability to travel within the US and Canada </li><li>Passionate about recruitment </li></ul>
