<p>Resideo is in search for two (2) strategic and results-oriented Managers, Pro Marketing - Comfort & Water to develop and execute marketing programs that drive growth through our HVAC and plumbing Pros. You will be responsible for planning and executing co-marketing initiatives, HVAC/Plumbing Pro communications, enablement tools, and demand generation activities that help HVAC/Plumbing Pros promote and sell our solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong HVAC/Plumbing Pro marketing experience, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of indirect sales models.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES:</p> <p>Strategy & Planning:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company and HVAC/Plumbing Pro objectives. </li><li>Work closely with sales teams to identify high-impact marketing opportunities targeting key HVAC/Plumbing Pros. </li><li>Support go-to-market plans for new product launches and HVAC/Plumbing Pro onboarding. </li></ul> <p>Campaign Execution:</p> <ul> <li>Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns with HVAC/Plumbing Pros (email, digital ads, webinars, content syndication, events). </li><li>Create and distribute marketing assets tailored for the HVAC/Plumbing Pro ecosystem (sales decks, case studies, email templates, landing pages). </li></ul> <p>Pro Enablement:</p> <ul> <li>Develop HVAC/Plumbing Pro training materials, toolkits, and communications that help Pros effectively market and sell our products. </li><li>Facilitate onboarding and ongoing engagement for new and existing HVAC/Plumbing Pros. </li></ul> <p>Measurement & Optimization:</p> <ul> <li>Track and analyze the effectiveness of HVAC/Plumbing Pro campaigns and programs using CRM and marketing automation platforms. </li><li>Report on KPIs such as lead generation, pipeline influence, ROI, and HVAC/Plumbing Pro engagement. </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with internal teams including sales, product marketing, content, and operations to align efforts and messaging. </li><li>Serve as the marketing liaison for HVAC/Plumbing Pro relationships, ensuring consistent messaging and brand standards. </li></ul> <p>YOU MUST HAVE:</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in marketing, product management, and/or related disciplines. </li><li>Proven success in executing joint marketing programs and managing HVAC/Plumbing Pro relationships or B2B demand generation. </li><li>Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar). </li></ul> <p>WE VALUE:</p> <ul> <li>Strong track record of project management with the ability to manage multiple projects. </li><li>Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Experience working in SaaS, technology, or manufacturing industries. </li><li>Understanding of HVAC/Plumbing Pro portals, PRM systems, and channel incentive programs. </li><li>Ability to thrive in a matrixed and agile environment. </li><li>Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. </li></ul> <p>WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:</p> <ul> <li>Become part of the powerful marketing engine fueling groundbreaking product launches (NPI) that aim to revolutionize comfort and water technologies. </li><li>An exciting opportunity to serve as a strategic cross-functional partner, collaborating closely with sales, product management, procurement, and customer service to drive alignment and business success. </li></ul> <p>#LI-CF1</p> <p>#LI-HYBRID</p>
