<p>This is an overnight role typically scheduled from 11:00PM to 7:00AM. Schedule is subject to change due to business need.</p> <p>A little bit about your day-to-day</p> <p>The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants and hotel is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We're looking for a Night Porter to help our team make every experience memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our public areas as well as out heart-of-the-house.</p> <p>Every day is different, but you'll mostly be</p> <p>? Cleaning and sterilizing floors, restrooms, elevators, countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment. This includes both indoor and outdoor space.</p> <p>? Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators</p> <p>? Receiving and organizing various departments deliveries</p> <p>? Removing waste.</p> <p>What we need from you</p> <p>? Passion for delivering great service</p> <p>? Previous experience as a Night Porter</p> <p>? Experience working in a busy kitchen environment and working to deadlines</p> <p>?
