We invite you to forge ahead with us.</p> <p>Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for communicating with the Project Manager, project team, and client field representative. </li><li>Selects and applies appropriate geophysical prospecting equipment to accurately designate underground utility layouts. </li><li>Operate and drive a vacuum excavation truck and perform test holes to expose utilities. </li><li>Complete documentation, which includes record keeping and simple mathematics legibly and accurately. </li><li>Communicate and coordinate with utility company representative. </li><li>Represent and communicate on behalf of WSB when encountering third parties in the field. </li><li>Complete daily job safety analysis forms. </li><li>Inspect assigned equipment to ensure proper working conditions prior to use. </li><li>Identify and report any equipment failure on work order maintenance form. </li><li>Perform work in a safe and efficient manner. </li><li>Report incidents to the appropriate personnel and complete incident report as required. </li><li>Monitor work conditions and responsibly use stop work authority. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to perform physical movements and tractions, commensurate with operating heavy tools and equipment (50 lbs). </li><li>Possess basic computer skills and able to learn and understand new software. </li><li>Ability to operate surveying instruments, GPS, all-terrain vehicles, and other equipment necessary to obtain survey data. </li><li>Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>3-5+ years of familiarity locating all utilities using traditional means like electromagnetic locating </li><li>Experience using Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and/or interpreting results </li></ul> <p>Who We Are:</p> <p>WSB is a design and consulting firm specializing in Transportation, Community Planning, Environmental, Energy, Municipal, and Construction services.
