This role involves leading quality initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Coordinators, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations. </li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards in alignment with company policies and client requirements. </li><li>Oversee the execution of quality control activities, including inspections, audits, and testing, across various projects and deliverables. </li><li>Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process improvement. </li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to integrate quality practices throughout the project lifecycle. </li><li>Drive the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of quality operations. </li><li>Develop and deliver training programs on quality best practices, tools, and methodologies to team members and other relevant staff. </li><li>Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding quality-related concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions. </li><li>Prepare and present regular quality reports to management, highlighting performance, achievements, and challenges. </li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, certifications, and internal quality management systems. </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
