<p>Cyient Quality Team Lead</p> <p>Company Name: Cyient, Inc.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Quality Team Lead at Cyient, Inc. will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of quality professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards. This role involves leading quality initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Coordinators, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations. </li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards in alignment with company policies and client requirements. </li><li>Oversee the execution of quality control activities, including inspections, audits, and testing, across various projects and deliverables. </li><li>Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process improvement. </li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to integrate quality practices throughout the project lifecycle. </li><li>Drive the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of quality operations. </li><li>Develop and deliver training programs on quality best practices, tools, and methodologies to team members and other relevant staff. </li><li>Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding quality-related concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions. </li><li>Prepare and present regular quality reports to management, highlighting performance, achievements, and challenges. </li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, certifications, and internal quality management systems. </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus. </li><li>5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. </li><li>Proven experience in implementing and managing quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001). </li><li>Strong understanding of quality methodologies and tools (e.g., statistical process control, FMEA, root cause analysis). </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. </li><li>Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li><li>Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) are highly desirable. </li><li>Experience in the specific industry relevant to Cyient's projects (e.g., aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, utilities) is a significant advantage. </li><li>QN Experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Department: Transportation (NAM) Associate Positions: 2 Skills Required: Engineering Location: East Hartford, ConnecticutDesignation: AssociatePosted On: 19-Mar-2026</p>
