If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy working in the field, are disciplined, love to learn, and strive to achieve, we should talk.</p> <p>About the Position:</p> <p>We are seeking a Field Service Repair Operator for our Lakeland, FL office whose job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following for water purification and treatment systems and equipment:</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Performs routine maintenance (i.e. filter change, DI/Carbon exchange, RO cleaning, EDI cleaning & sanitization) on water treatment systems at customer facilities </li><li>Assists Installation Department staff in commissioning/startup of new, central water systems </li><li>Provides thorough documentation of all work, parts, and time in accordance with SOPs </li><li>Communicates with Service Manager regarding service contract issues </li><li>Maintains effective, trusted working relationship with customers </li><li>Follows customer contractor/visitor rules </li><li>Uses safe work practices driving, in the shop, and at customer sites </li><li>Maintains customer systems leak-free </li><li>Escalates reoccurring breakdown and system design issues to the Service Manager </li><li>Maintains extraordinarily neat work areas, including vehicles, shop, and work sites </li><li>Performs other duties, as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment service operations, preferably in customer-facing settings </li><li>Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with some commercial/industrial experience </li><li>Ability to understand instrumentation and controls </li><li>Self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, energetic & capable of staying cool under pressure from multiple ongoing projects </li><li>Good computer skills (Internet Explorer, Word, Excel) </li><li>High school diploma or GED </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Majority of work is performed in industrial settings inside customer facilities </li><li>Regular "on call" rotation assignments </li><li>Significant local travel, plus average of 6 overnight stays per month </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs. without physical restrictions </li></ul> <p>Perks of working at Pureflow:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Life insurance. </li><li>$1 for $1 401k match up to 4% after 1-year </li><li>9 Company-paid holidays </li><li>Generous personal time off </li><li>Education assistance </li><li>Employee referral bonus program </li></ul> <p>Please visit our website at www.pureflowinc.com for additional information and to apply online.</p> <p>Pureflow is an equal-opportunity employer and requires pre-offer background checks and post-offer, pre-employment drug tests on all positions.</p> <p>Additionally, this position requires a post-offer, pre-employment physical.</p> <p>Key Words: Service, Technician, Mechanic, Mechanical Engineer, Facilities, Maintenance, HVAC mechanic, Automotive Mechanic, Plumber</p>
