A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. You must have knowledge of Microsoft Project & other project management tools, estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.</p> <p>Some things you can expect to do:</p> <ul> <li>Working with project schedules, cost projections, contracts, project status reports & more. </li><li>Lead construction progress meetings. </li><li>Oversee design development. </li><li>Prepare and manage project budgets, profit projections, schedules & bid documents. </li><li>Negotiate and award subcontracts. </li><li>Help conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports. </li><li>Work directly with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors and various internal teams for support. </li></ul> <p>You will really stand out if you have:</p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to manage light industrial projects including office/warehouse; retail and strip mall-type projects. </li><li>Ability to begin to assume responsibility and effectively communicate with superintendents, subcontractors and owner/clients. </li><li>Minimum of six months of estimating/preconstruction and Field experience. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management </li><li>4+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (healthcare experience preferred) </li><li>Ability to travel for projects as needed </li></ul> <p>Eligibility:</p> <ul> <li>Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>The annual base pay is $91,800.00- $114,700.00. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
