Together, we are EXP!</p> <p>Are you ready to design your future?</p> <p>Be our next Architectural Designer!</p> <p>EXP is seeking an Architectural Designer to support our Denver studio across a range of project types. This role is well-suited for a junior to intermediate professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute throughout all phases of design and documentation.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support the development of architectural designs, layouts, and concepts from early planning through construction. </li><li>Prepare drawings, models, and architectural documentation using Revit across all project phases, including Programming, Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. </li><li>Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and internal project teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality design solutions. </li><li>Participate in client meetings and design presentations, incorporating feedback into ongoing project work. </li><li>Assist in maintaining drawing standards, quality control, and compliance with applicable codes and project requirements. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Professional degree in Architecture or a related discipline. </li><li>1-5 years of professional experience in an architectural design role. </li><li>Proficiency in Revit; experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools is an asset. </li><li>Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation. </li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. </li><li>Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. </li></ul> <p>The salary range for this role is $65K to 75K. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location.
