<p>Job Summary</p> <p>UK Healthcare is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to support our Radiology Call Center.</p> <p>This position will be responsible for assisting patients and clinics with coordinating, making, rescheduling and canceling Radiology imaging studies; providing accurate, detailed information regarding test preparation, arrival time and directions; confirming all necessary patient demographic and insurance information; and ensuring available scanner time maximized. The selected candidate will provide excellent customer service by: providing helpful assistance to both patients and referring clinics; answering all calls in a pleasant and timely manner; calmly and effectively dealing with difficult people and situations; and cheerfully perform repetitive tasks.</p> <p>Qualified candidates will maintain departmental standards for quality and volume, as well as contributes new ideas to improve work practices. This position will work remotely and will require a home office set-up. All necessary computer equipment is supplied. Candidate must independently maintain a high speed internet connection.</p> <p>Skills / Knowledge / Abilities</p> <p>Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills, strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking and flexibility.</p> <p>Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
