<p>Work Flexibility: Onsite</p> <p>Schedule: 1st shift - Monday through Thursday from 4:00am to 2:30pm (required overtime and weekends as needed).</p> <p>As a Production Associate I, you will prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, test, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on single or multiple product lines</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare and process electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines</p> </li><li> <p>Work from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Follow production build rates, and schedules and meet required cycle times</p> </li><li> <p>Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required</p> </li><li> <p>Assemble cartons and containers and prepare products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international, and/or customer specifications</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean-up, and quality assurance of own work and work area</p> </li><li> <p>Committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance, and meeting all training and documentation criteria</p> </li></ul> <p>What you need:</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School or GED</p> </li><li> <p>Manufacturing or Medical Device experience</p> </li><li> <p>Prior cleanroom experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical & Cognitive Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Requires ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. on a frequent basis depending on site and product line, may rarely lift/carry 50-75 lbs</p> </li><li> <p>Job demands include prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing and/or crawling as appropriate</p> </li><li> <p>May be required to reach, push or pull in order to accomplish job accountabilities</p> </li><li> <p>Requires hand grasp ability up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis</p> </li></ul> <p>#INDGQO</p> <p>Travel Percentage: None</p> <p>Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
