An enabler that is ingrained in our clients' organizations to solve their most complex business problems every day. Your human superpower? You specialize in one or more functional or technical areas within the Oracle Cloud suite of applications. You understand the intricacies of leading and delivering Oracle engagements. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud technology solutions, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to design and deliver robust Oracle Cloud solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-implementation support.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud technologies, staying updated on the latest developments and best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and mentor a team of Oracle Cloud professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices in Oracle Cloud technology delivery.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. ?The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 8 years of experience in delivering Oracle ERP transformation projects</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of experience leading end to end engagements in the Oracle Cloud space</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years experience in a functional advisory or consulting role in a Delivery Lead or similar role, with a focus on Oracle Cloud technologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud Certification</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Have good Cross-Functional exposure to Finance and other modules</p> </li><li> <p>PMP certification</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
