Coordinates case administration and case management within the case management team. Provides continued support to Case Manager(s) and Panelists, as well as performs a wide variety of administrative, coordination, and program support activities. Performs all tasks accurately and with an appropriate sense of urgency.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Completes tasks in an efficient, accurate manner as directed by Case Managers. Communicates and meets with Case Managers and local managers to discuss case issues. </li><li>Supports Case Managers, clients, and Panelists throughout the entire lifecycle of a case. </li><li>Provides administrative support for Case Managers and Panelists. </li><li>Develops overall Case Manager skills, enhancing the client experience. </li><li>Serves as Case Manager apprentice on mediations, competent to cover a Case Manager's desk in their absence when appropriate. </li><li>Collaborates with Panelist(s) to develop and administer their ADR practice including coordinating and scheduling of conference calls, pre-hearing preparation calls, moderating, customer service, interacting with clients, and hearings. </li><li>Reviews closed cases to determine client satisfaction and future business opportunities. </li><li>Other duties as assigned within similar scope. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline. Preferred </li><li>2-4 years of working in an administrative or case management role. Required </li><li>2-4 years of working in legal and client service role. Plus </li><li>1-3 years For internal candidates, proven ability as an Administrative Assistant, Client Services (AACS), or similar position. Required </li><li>Proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures. (Preferred proficiency) </li><li>Knowledge of Panelists' practice preferences in the local Resolution Center (RC). (Preferred proficiency) </li><li>Computer literate and proficient in all software programs required for the position. (Required proficiency) </li><li>Verbal and written communication skills. (Required proficiency) </li></ul>
