<p>The Manufacturing Engineer develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. Utilizes knowledge of product design, materials, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyzes and plans work force utilization and workflow. </li><li>Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions. </li><li>Communicates manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, or other information to facilitate production processes. </li><li>Communicates with customers in order to determine specifications of components. </li><li>Participate in quoting process. </li><li>Support Control Plan (CP) development, including inspection methodology, prevention controls, detection controls, reaction plans, inspection frequency rationale, and ongoing monitoring. </li><li>Understand project schedules for all projects that are within the department. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to determine and meet deadlines. </li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. </li><li>Analytical thinking skills. </li><li>Strong problem solving, decision making, and process improvement skills. </li><li>Proficient blue print reading and GD&T knowledge. </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>Employee Type: Salaried</p> <p>Salary Minimum: $80,000</p> <p>Salary Maximum: $90,000</p> <p>Incentive: No</p> <p>Disclaimer: Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
