<p>Position Objective:</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ERP projects, with a focus on ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITES:</p> <p>Project Planning & Execution:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the planning and execution of the ERP implementation project, including scope definition, resource planning, and scheduling. </li><li>Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget. </li><li>Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to guide the project. </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Management:</p> <ul> <li>Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. </li><li>Facilitate coordination between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery. </li><li>Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders to ensure the ERP system meets business needs. </li></ul> <p>Risk Management & Issue Resolution:</p> <ul> <li>Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project success. </li><li>Resolve project issues promptly and effectively, ensuring timely escalation when necessary. </li><li>Develop contingency plans to proactively address potential project challenges. </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. </li><li>Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members, ensuring clarity and accountability. </li><li>Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members throughout the project lifecycle. </li></ul> <p>Documentation & Training:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the documentation of project plans, requirements, processes, and deliverables. </li><li>Coordinate with functional teams to develop and deliver end-user training and support materials. </li><li>Ensure knowledge transfer and post-implementation support are in place. </li></ul> <p>Monitoring & Reporting:</p> <ul> <li>Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. </li><li>Prepare and present project status reports, including key metrics, progress, and financials. </li><li>Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement. </li></ul>
