<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce CRM Manager in Tenafly, NJ.</p> <p>Summary: We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Salesforce CRM Manager to lead the management of our donor and fundraising systems built on Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). This role is key to enhancing donor engagement, streamlining fundraising operations, and driving data-informed decisions across development and outreach teams.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Administer and customize Salesforce NPSP to support donor lifecycle and fundraising campaigns </li><li>Build workflows, dashboards, and reports to optimize engagement and performance </li><li>Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance </li><li>Collaborate with fundraising teams to design donor strategies and analyze campaign data </li><li>Partner with marketing, finance, and program teams to align CRM capabilities with organizational goals* Proven experience managing Salesforce CRM in a nonprofit or fundraising setting </li><li>Experience running donor profiles </li><li>Strong understanding of NPSP, donor management, and fundraising workflows </li><li>Skilled in data analysis, segmentation, and campaign tracking </li><li>Excellent communication and project management abilities </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with CRM implementation and data migration </li><li>Familiarity with fundraising platforms and integrations </li><li>Knowledge of donor stewardship and nonprofit compliance standards </li></ul>
