<p>Senior Manager, Cybersecurity</p> <p>A10 Networks is seeking a Senior Manager, Production Operations & Data Center Security to lead security strategy and operational execution across production infrastructure, cloud environments, and data center platforms.</p> <p>Reporting to A10's CISO, this is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving security controls and practices that protect both internal infrastructure and customer-facing services. This leader will lead cross-functional teams operating deeply within production environments, partnering closely with Production Operations, SRE, and Infrastructure Engineering to deliver Ownership</p> <ul> <li>Oversee a mature customer-facing SOC team to ensure continuity of great customer service </li><li>Own security posture across production data centers, cloud platforms, and hybrid infrastructure </li><li>Partner with Infrastructure and SRE teams to embed security controls into platform design and deployment pipelines </li><li>Ensure security controls operate reliably under production performance and availability constraints </li><li>Lead security reviews of production architecture, traffic flows, and service dependencies </li><li>Drive hardening standards across operational accountability, and continuous learning. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>10+ years in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or production security engineering.</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years leading technical teams in production or security operations environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong hands-on experience operating in:</p> </li><li> <p>Data center infrastructure environments</p> </li><li> <p>Cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP)</p> </li><li> <p>Hybrid infrastructure models</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience building or operating production security controls.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong scripting or automation experience (Python, Go, Bash, or similar).</p> </li><li> <p>Experience leading during high-severity production incidents.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of:</p> </li><li> <p>Network and application-layer security</p> </li><li> <p>Identity and access security models</p> </li><li> <p>Detection and response workflows</p> </li><li> Compensation will vary based on number of factors, including market demand for specific skills, role type, job level, and individual qualifications.
